Sydney Aquarium and Wildlife World

On Tuesday 29th December we ventured down to Sydney, on the train, to visit the Sydney Aquarium and Wildlife World. The Aquarium was fantastic, and well timed to coincide with Harry's new fascination with sharks. It was pretty packed and it always makes me really anxious when there are crowds of people, but the kids had a great time.

The sharks were great, and I loved going into the underwater tanks to see them glide overhead, but by far the best, for me, was the Dugong. Such a cute and amazing creature, and so playful.

At lunchtime we ventured over to Darling Harbour for some yummy food, and a little relax by the water.
After lunch we went into Wildlife World, where we had recently seen a documentary about REX the crocodile being moved into his new enclosure. 700kgs of 'maneating" crocodile. He was huge and the kids loved it.
