My little Aussie of the Month

Every Month, at the kids school, they hold a big assembly where two of the classes perform an item for the parents and the rest of the school. They also have a special ceremony to honour three students who have been doing really well at school. This award in called Aussie of the Month. On Friday, at the end of the Sports Day, Mrs Barsley pulled me aside to tell me that Charlie had been chosen for this months Aussie of the Month. So on Tuesday, Matilda and I headed up to school for the assembly. Charlie was so chuffed to get this award, and he even got a special badge to wear. He had no idea he was going to receive it, and he was so happy. He also got his picture in the School Newsletter.
